Cybertill took home the prestigious Vertical Market Solution of the Year Award at the IT Europa, European IT and Software Excellence Awards.
Last night at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington, London, Cybertill won the IT Europa award for vertical market solution of the year in the ISV and applications category for the CharityStore software platform.
Judges were looking for businesses that showed skill in delivering business applications, understanding of the customer requirements and the ability to deliver software to specification and time scale, while meeting or exceeding customer targets.

It makes the Gift Aid process digital, automated and compliant with HMRC and GDPR, and has been proven to help charities increase Gift Aid revenues by 20-40%, providing return on investment within the first year of purchase. The CharityStore software provides retailers with real-time, instant access to stock, sales, donations and donor databases, across the whole retail operation.
Over 7,500 points of sale (POS) have been deployed across the charity sector and Cybertill’s expertise in high-street retail brings retail best practice into the charity sector and the longstanding relationships has generated a deep understanding of charity retail, it’s culture, people, data and operational structure.
Based on Stanley Grange Business Park in Knowsley, Cybertill employs over 90 local people, with software development and service desk teams based at its office, “we wanted to keep all operations in house to make sure we all work together as one team. We have all departments under one roof, including our development team, QA, technical support and service desk. It’s a real agile team of people, most of them are local to Knowsley and the surrounding area, they enjoy working here, it’s a lovely office full of lovely people.”
